Technologies Edge has been working with Cityworks, the leading asset management software on the market, since 2003. In 2014, we became an official implementation partner, focusing on Cityworks installs, training, and integrations in the Southeastern United States.
What is Cityworks? Cityworks offers municipalities the ability to track their labor, equipment, and material costs associated with their work orders. The software ties directly into your city’s GIS maps, opening up the ability to attach work orders, service requests, and inspections to the mapped assets. Additionally, scheduled maintenance can be established with Cityworks, reducing the maintenance costs on major assets and producing a shorter ROI.
Why choose Technologies Edge for your Cityworks Install? If you’re looking for an installer that will meet your deadline goals on a cost-efficient budget, Technologies Edge will be a great option for your project. We offer a dedicated team of programmers, project managers, trainers, and report writers that are certified in the latest version of Cityworks AMS and PLL. Technologies Edge will work with you to integrate Cityworks with other software, including, your GIS maps, utility billing system, fleet management software, and mobile software.
Cityworks PLL (Permitting, Licensing, and Land) is a planning and zoning software that allows your community to track all code enforcement, permit processes, licensing, and zoning. PLL is fully integrated with your GIS data allowing users to view the same asset maps as those available in Cityworks AMS. Not only is PLL able to create work orders within AMS, it also has the ability to be public facing, and can process fees relating to permits, code enforcement, or licensing.
