Technologies Edge has begun the final stages of the Kannapolis Cityworks PLL implementation. The City has chosen to use the software with their Code Enforcement, Planning, Permitting, and Zoning staff. Project Manager, Jerry Laliberte, commented on the project, “We have learned a lot about the implementation of the product over the past several months. We designed the their work flows, processes, and letters from scratch and we still managed to it in a fraction of the time of these typical projects.”
